LettUs Grow is a team of growers, engineers, plant scientists, software developers and business experts, who all care deeply about food and the environment. Together we design and build aeroponic technology and farm management software for indoor and vertical farms. We believe careful innovation in farming can make the world a better place.

Our technology reduces the environmental impact of agriculture and makes farmers’ lives easier. We are dedicated to making sustainable farming a sustainable business. We want to ensure that the farmers, growers and entrepreneurs who are choosing this eco-friendly method of growing food can rely on a stable and profitable business model. We aim to improve our food system and help mitigate climate change by actively working towards a future where affordable, healthy food can be grown and accessed locally.

‏‏‎ ‎Our mission is to reduce the waste and carbon footprint of fresh produce by empowering anyone, anywhere, to grow delicious food near its point of consumption.‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎Our culture‏‏‎ ‎

We’re proud of the cultures and values we have fostered at LettUs Grow. These values are embedded in the work we do and the relationships we build. As a team we uphold these values across the company:

‏‏‎ ‎We deliver impact‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎We are ambitious‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎We are caring‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎We are responsible‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎We are open & honest‏‏‎ ‎

‏‏‎ ‎Our journey‏‏‎ ‎

LettUs Grow was founded in Bristol in 2015 by University of Bristol alumni Charlie Guy, Jack Farmer and Ben Crowther. Over the years, we have developed our patent-pending technology to create vertical farms that can bring resilience to our food supply networks and will be key to the future of sustainable farming.

Our very first product, a small aeroponic grow-at-home kit, first transformed into a 40ft container farm, and now our aeroponic technology can also benefit commercial vertical farms and greenhouses. Our ultrasonic aeroponic irrigation systems allow farmers to increase growth rates, while using zero soil, zero pesticides, as well as less water and fertiliser than in outdoor farming.

As our planet’s soils become more degraded and precious resources are pushed into a struggling agricultural system, we believe our technology can support and supplement our current food production methods. As well as focusing on how vertical farms can benefit our plants and planet, over the years our engineering teams have worked alongside growers and farmers to ensure that our products can truly better the lives of our customers and the people they feed.

‏‏‎ ‎Our ethics‏‏‎ ‎

At LettUs Grow, we take the triple bottom line one step further: people, planet and plants, as well as profit.

We care about the environment and believe that everyone should have access to affordable, quality food. We care about our customers, their livelihoods, and businesses. Further to this, we provide a space for diverse minds to collaborate and be themselves. We practice radical kindness and go out of our way to make sure every employee feels supported, heard and appreciated. In 2022 we were awarded our B Corp Certification & we will continue to work to make sure our values are reflected in every aspect of our business.
