LettUs Grow named one of top companies to work for globally in Escape the City Awards
We’re celebrating here at LettUs Grow as we’ve recently been named the 7th best workplace in the world, according to Escape the City.
The Escape 100 award is a global ranking of the top mission-led organisations to ‘escape’ to in 2022. Escape the City received nominations for 13,000 organisations, evaluating 6,765 anonymous employee reviews and 145 data points per organisation to come to their top 100. Through their rigorous selection process, the organisations were assessed across six criteria: Impact, People, Mission, Planet, Innovation and B-Corp, as well as submitted employee reviews.
In 2021, we narrowly escaped the city, pleased to nip in just before the door closed and make the list at position 100. We’re over the moon to have shot up 93 places, to number seven!

The news landed on Charlie, our co-founder and CEO’s birthday.
