Ben Crowther - CTO & co-founder
Ben has a background in defence and systems engineering, along with web development. He leads the hardware and software functions, along with technical delivery at LettUs Grow. He is passionate about the positive impact engineering can have on the world and is always looking to build something to be proud of.

Hadyn is an entrepreneurial CEO and chair in the life sciences sector with a passion for growing business in international markets. Haydn is currently Chair of LettUs Grow, BioPhero and MOA Technology. He was previously CEO of Oxitec Ltd.
Rebecca Todd - Board Member
Rebecca is the Investment Director at Longwall Ventures Ltd, investing into early-stage life science technology companies. She is a director on the boards of Closed Loop Medicine, LettUs Grow, Microfluidx and Kinomica.
James Waltham - Advisor & mentor
James is an expert in the horticultural sector, having worked in a range of large, international fresh produce businesses. He most recently worked as Managing Director of Haygrove (Growing) Ltd. His industry experience will help focus LettUs Grow'scommerical strategy for long-term success and growth.
Professor Antony Dodd - Advisor
Professor Dodd is a plant scientist and expert in circadian rhythms and plant physiology. He is the Research Group Leader at the John Innes Centre research institute. The Dodd Lab investigates the adaptation of plants to fluctuating environments, focusing on circadian regulation and signal transduction.
Steven Kear - Advisor
Steven is an experienced director, engineer and consultant within the technology industry. Currently, he is Principal Technologist and Founder of Kear Technology Solutions and a Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) Visiting Professor.
Tim Coats - Advisor
Tim is a horticultural engineer with over 20 years’ experience building indoor and vertical farms. He specialises in supplying vertical and greenhouse light systems. He is also a director of TCE and Grow Stack, as well as one of the lead designers of Growing Underground.
Natasha McKenzie - Advisor & mentor
Natasha has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and management consultancy. She is the Director of Talisman Hub, a brand comms agency focused on scaling market leading technology companies. Natasha is also CEO of Be Kindred, a brand strategy platform supporting good growth start-ups.
